Users use this product to mix their own flavored e-liquids by purchasing higher nicotine levels and then diluting the solution with flavoring, PG, and/or VG (all sold separately). Most users dilute the liquids to 18mg or lower to use. This Do-It-Yourself (DIY) option allows you to completely customize the liquid and can be much affordable than ready-to-vape e-liquids.
