18650 Battery won’t fit I can’t get my 18650 battery to fit, with the adaptor in as shown in the manual (adaptor part on the positive end of battery). The threads won’t catch. They catch fine without a battery. Tried many, many times but will need to wait until the larger battery arrives to try it.

I dunno So Ive been a long time aegis fan and have only used that line for years. The solo 26650 lasted me for 3 years which is amazing considering most mods last 3-6 months. The max is nothing like the solo when comparing build quality. The battery cap on the solo was silky smooth and you could feel the suction due to it being water proof. The max was all scratchy and feels like I could easily cross thread which wasnt a possibility with the solo. The build quality on the max also feels extremely cheap with many of the metal parts on the solo being swapped out for plastic which will kill the durability. I feel like many of the drops on my solo would destroy the plastic on this thing. Vape wise its what you expect from an aegis as its the same chip most of them use so I’m happy with that. With all that being said though I just dont feel like it can withstand the amount of abuse my solo could but thats only something time will tell. As for element vape theyre an outstanding company that delivered my product extremely quick and couldnt recommend them more. This is an extremely tough rating to give as I love geek vape and the aegis line but this product severely lacked my expectations. Geek vape Love my new AEGIS vape even though they sent me the wrong one. I ordered the grap pearl mod and received a space black mod. But it’s not really worth the hassle of returning it and it works great.

The mouth piece falls out and I’ve had to order a bunch of extras. I don’t think I vape a lot but the smaller battery has to be changed or charged 2-3 times per day so if it had lasted, I would have purchased the larger battery. I was excited about it too because of extreme vapors tongue and inability to taste flavor like I used to. Now I have junk equipment and a ton of filters I can’t use for anything else. Lightweight, Durable, Don’t Leak & Good Vapor. Didn’t want something as heavy as my Smok species. Something that hit as hard, has better battery life, and finally put together better. Hits as hard on 60W as Species with Baby Beast tank on 120W. Hit is smoother. Win win.

Great Vape Tanks does not leak like my old one. 21700 based system works much better than the 2×18600 based Aegis that this one replaced.
