If I recline the vape in any direction, it disconnects and I get an interruption in my puff 2) Draw-activation is useless. You have to literally inhale the world to get it to recognize it and heat up the coil. Just why? 3) Bottom-fed filling, while it surprisingly doesn’t leak during use, leaks all over during fill. You might do ok if you always use gorilla bottles, but any liquid on the tip and it will leak all over because THERE IS NO AIR HOLE. Yep, one air bubble and you are filling up your hands instead of the pod, it’s messy all over and pointless. It also makes the inside of the coil leak if you squeeze the bottle too hard during filling. So, I bought this and the Luxe PM40 and enjoying my other kit way more because it addresses all of those issues. I think it’s a good-looking mod and great to use (when it works), but the design elements ended up being terrible for daily use. I end up always leaving it a home, which it a problem. Hhhhhhmmmm…. No. Go with the Voopoo Drag X So yes its nice… I mean after all, it is a Voopoo product! But honestly I would say skip this and go right to the Drag X. The only thing the Drag S really offers over the Drag X is the auto fire and it does not last long before it completely stops working. Awesome Device Flows like a dream, this thing is super smooth for both DTL and MTL. Nice weight to it, feels very comfortable in the hand. Love how it looks too! Decent screen, very pleasant overall. Would definitely consider getting another one.

Almost perfect… I have had this device for 2 weeks now and it is definitely my go to. The draw is flavorful, airflow is smooth, and the pnp coils give great flavor. Last of the list of pros is that no leaks so far. I had very slight seepage and condensation below the pod one time, but I had forgot it in my car at home for 6 hours at close to 100? temperatures. As for the cons, I really only have two complaints. First is the one that bothers me most and that is the air flow adjustment is too loose and very easily knocked out of my preferred spot. I have now made the habit of checking it each time I pull it from my pocket. Second, and based on searching online it seems common, is that the auto draw feature has quit working. From day 1 I used the fire button 95% of the time and honestly don’t care too much that it quit working, but with my job there are times auto would be nice. If this feature is a dealbreaker I suggest doing some googling. Some have been able to get it working by closing off the airflow with their fingers and drawing hard pulls successively, but this didn’t fix mine and seemingly the majority of others who have the same issue. Replaced my regular mod I got tired of lugging around a dual 18650 mod all the time so I ordered this as my “on the go” device. So far the .2 is running strong and hasn’t started to slow down (5 days in so far). I’ll attempt to answer some of the questions I had before purchase: 1. Airflow. Wide open it is basically as wide open as any other sub-ohm tank. Closed off is too tight for a decent DTL and too loose for a proper MTL. At least with the included coils. It’s POSSIBLE that higher resistance coils could provide a better MTL experience. 2. Flavor. Awesome. The .3 was muted from the start, but I believe I just got a crappy .3 coil since it died so fast. The .2 flavor has been phenomenal! 2. Battery life. I got 250 (exactly) drags on the .3 at 40 watts. My drags were all around 2.3 to 3 seconds. I have been playing around with power and all that so I haven’t monitored since that first full charge. It lasts me most of the day. 3. Charging. It charges fast. Takes approximately 50 minutes to recharge. Just today, I vaped it until it died and then trough it on the charger. Came back after a few emails for work and it was back at 100. Having type C is nice since EVERYTHING else uses it. The first time I charged it, I used the fast charger from my 1+ phone and it got really warm. Since then, I charge it off an older LG phone brick (before the days of fast charging) or my PC and it gets only slightly warm, but seems to charge just as fast. 4. Materials/build quality: excellent. I got the Retro version and the faux leather looks great, the stitches line up and where the leather and metal meet is free from defect. The metal is clean and all the lines line up perfectly. A lot of my old mods were like AK-47s (they always went bang, but everything rattled and had gaps) this thing is more like an AR-15 (all the metal lines up and tolerances are tighter and cleaner). Special things I noticed after using it: 1. There are little rubber feet on the bottom. Keeps it from sliding or making a lot of sound when you put it down, plus protects the mod and whatever surface you are setting it on. 2. The pod magnets are stronger than expected. It’s definitely not going to fall off my accident. I can lift the whole thing by the pod/tank and not worry about it breaking free and the mod falling. 3. The airflow ring is so buttery smooth to use. 4. It has NOT LEAKED. Not even a bit of condensation yet. I am sure I’ll end up with a crap coil at some point that will allow something to leak… but so far it’s been bone dry. 5. Can tolerate chain vaping, even on a high VG mix. Currently using 70/30 Graham slam and it wicks like a boss. Why did this replace my other mods? portability without losing satisfaction. I can throw this little dude in my pocket and go without the familiar feeling of looking forward to getting home to use my “real mod”. It hits hard, gives great flavor, and the battery at 50w lasts almost as long as my dual 18650 did at 80w. If you’re worried that you’ll be locked into a pod system you don’t like, you can get a 510 adapter for this. Voopoo makes one, and there is at least one 3rd party one available as well. In related news, Voopoo is also about to launch an “RTA Pod” for this and the X. It’s basically a single coil RTA with a magnetic base that fits the X/S. Great pod mod This is a great pod mod, flavor, vapor production is on point. Very nice form factor, feels good in the hand. Real nice quality ,looks great and has good juice capacity. VooPoo did a great job.
